The Importance of 'Trust'

Hi Friend,

The purpose of communication between an advisor and a client is to win over the trust so that the relationship is smooth and so that the client can make use of the advice optimally.

​If there is no trust in the relationship, it often happens ​that ​even when a client takes a ​"not so wise decision​", an advisor is forced to ​watch helplessly.​

Here is what Mr.Steve Jobs has to say about hiring good talent,"It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do​" One would hire an advisor only when there is a higher probability of an advisor's ideas being better than one's own.​​​I​f you believe that your advisor's ​ability & ​integrity ​are unquestionable​, you are better off​ implementing his / her​​ advice than by ignoring it​. Thank you,
